This error indicates that you have install oUF_DebuffHighlitgh/oUF_ReadyCheck/oUF_Trinket. And it is already included(oUF_Shestak\modules) in the assembly.

Delete oUF_DebuffHighlitgh/oUF_ReadyCheck/oUF_Trinket from Interface\AddOns.

change from false to true in !aSettings\config\config.lua line 44
