[Fixed] Follower Popup Chat Tooltip

Just noticed that the follower tooltips are the only ones that don't have the 'x' button skinned -- that is, when you link a follower in chat and click on the link to generate the popup. Example here:

Re-tested a second time with clean WTF folder & settings, still same.
