How can I add Alchemist's Flask to buff reminder for my alchemists chars?

No way. Keep that in mind or create macro like this:

#showtooltip Horn of Winter
/use Horn of Winter
/use Alchemist's Flask
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
