HoT's not shown when healing anymore?

The UI use to have a feature that would show which HoT I had on who.

Eg. If I cast rejuvenation on someone with my druid, on there nameplate in my party list it would have a pink dot on the top left corner. If I cast an earth shield with my shaman, it would show a green dot, etc.

Is this now gone? I can't find it in the .lua files or the in-game options.
